HR Administration Officer

We are looking for a highly organised, flexible and efficient HR Admin Officer to join the Trusts’ central team.

Closing Date: Monday 28th January 2019             

Interview Date: 1st February 2019

Grade:  BR5 (point 13-17)        

Salary:  £16,369 -£17,361 pa. (FTE - £19,163 - £20,325 pa.)

Hours:  35 hours per week (Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 4.30pm), 40 weeks per year      

Start Date: March 2019 or sooner if possible

Based: The Spring Partnership offices, George Lane, Hayes, Kent BR2 7LQ.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Strong team player and able to work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Well-organised, with a keen eye for detail• Able to use all Microsoft packages
  • GCSE Maths and English 
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels 

The successful candidate will manage all HR related administration matters which will include, recruitment from advert to on-boarding, changes to employee working patterns, salary changes, employment contracts, dealing with absence & attendance and managing the staff leaving process. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but not essential. The role will be a busy and diverse one.
